Chase Bryant, P.E.
Principal Engineer
Chase is a licensed Professional Engineer with specialized expertise in Transportation Engineering and Accident Reconstruction. He brings extensive experience in maintenance of traffic (MOT) standards, civil site design, premises safety, and crash investigation.
Over the course of his career, Chase has analyzed hundreds of incidents involving passenger vehicles, motorcycles, pedestrians, commercial motor vehicles, and agricultural equipment. His work includes both forensic investigations and expert witness testimony, as well as serving as an Engineer of Record for civil site design.

Steven Brabham, P.E., ACTAR
Principal Engineer
Steven is a forensic engineer with a strong foundation in transportation engineering. Beginning his career working on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project. He gained valuable experience in roadway and intersection design, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), FDOT standards and specifications, roadside safety, and with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
Today, he applies that traditional civil design foundation to accident reconstruction and roadway defect analysis. Mr. Brabham is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, and is an accredited accident reconstructionist through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR).

Cameron Kostrzewa
Engineering Technician
Cameron is a forensic technician with specialized expertise in accident investigation, commercial vehicle inspections, and electronic data recorder (EDR) imaging. He is certified as a drone pilot and crash data retrieval technician, and has conducted hundreds of investigations involving passenger vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, heavy vehicles, and more.
Cameron brings extensive experience in scene and vehicle inspections, including detailed photography, precise measurements, and evidence preservation. He regularly performs forensic mapping utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In addition to fieldwork, Cameron is skilled in data processing and drafting technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD).
